Yes, we’re currently accepting new patients. We can help you migrate all of your patient records over so your complete dental history is on file.
Do you provide direct billing?
Yes, we provide direct billing to practically every major insurance provider in BC, and we’re also a certified provider that can accept IFHP insurance plans.
Do you offer sedation?
We do! Sedation is available for a small additional charge on specialized treatments - it helps you relax and makes long procedures feel like they’re over in just minutes.
I have a dental emergency! Can you help?
Give us a call and we’ll do our best to treat your dental emergency ASAP. For an emergency, we do our best to see our patients either on the same day or the following day.
Do you offer treatment financing?
Yes, through our partners at iFinance Canada, we’re able to offer treatment plans up to 60 months long.
Is service available in other languages?
It is! We’re currently able to offer complete dental service in English, Farsi, Arabic, Hindi, and Polish.
Do you offer free consultations?
While we don't currently offer complimentary consultations, you can find plenty of detailed information about our treatments and approach to dental care on our website.
What can I use my dental benefits on?
Coverage varies between providers, but some of our most common treatment choices include routine checkups, orthodontics, wisdom teeth removal, and root canal therapy.
It’s a holiday today, are you open?
We’re closed for normal dental service on statutory holidays. If you have a dental emergency, please call us and leave us a voice mail. We will return your call soon after we reopen the office.
Can I book for myself and my kids at the same time?
Usually yes, but it depends on how full our schedule is. We recommend booking a bit further in advance if you need appointments for several people on the same day.
